About Us
Since 2002, Articulate—a project of the West Kootenay Regional Arts Council—has published stories and news about arts, culture and heritage in the Columbia Basin. Free of charge, it celebrates cultural expression in every corner of the region and serves as a connector for those working within the arts, supporting timely conversations relevant to the cultural sector.
As of December 2025, readers can also go online to access the stories featured in our print version of Articulate, as well as online exclusives. Made possible with the help of developer Drake Moore of Magick Media and graphic designer Keiko Lee Hem of Keiko Creative, this virtual, on-the-go platform boosts the accessibility and functionality of the much-loved magazine.
